Who ever wrote the reviews with just stars is a liar. These people are terrible word to the wise GO TO A BANK the process will much less hassle. These people send you through the fire for no reason. My closing was delayed 4 days for no valid reason. The way they do business is not smooth for the consumer AVOID AT ALL COSTS YOU'VE NEEN WARNED.

Terrible experience. Started my application, provided all necessary information, as we got closer to closing all communications suddenly stopped and would not reply to calls, email or text. Also ignored repeated attempts for an update by our agent. Had to push closing due to delay caused by FAHM and then had to start the mortgage process again from scratch. AVOID!
