DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! There is a female named Olivia that is extremely rude, she will throw insults and threats at you... there is absolutely no leveling with these people. Extremely unprofessional! The woman refuses to give her name and will not allow you to speak to a supervisor. I had to jump through hoops to finally speak with a supervisor and he was just as rude. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS! I CAN NOT WAIT TO HAVE MY VEHICLE PAID OFF AND TO NEVER HAVE TO CONVERSE WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!!!! Save yourself the frustration and headache!

I would give this organization zero stars if I could. I work for a dealership and had the unfortunate task of dealing with these people for a payoff request. The level of professionalism here is abysmal! I sent multiple emails requesting the information, got no response and when I called to follow up, I was told: "well he didn't get that email" (as if that's my problem). After hanging up, surprise... I got the email read receipt! So because they are too lazy to check email, the course of business is held up indefinitely. It would frighten me to entrust these people with my money!

This place is HORRIBLE.. The manager states they don’t record their conversations, the woman got very rude with my husband and said she will hang up on him. They need to be retrained. They suck. Don’t waste your time. They didn’t even deserve this one star.

REPOTED TO THE BBB!!!!! THE MOST APPAULLING AND DISRESPECTFUL SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED, YOU DONT DESERVE THE STAR IT TAKES FOR ME TO WRITE THIS! You would assume after paying off not one but TWO car loans on time...they would at least show me a little bit of respect. I called today because I paid off my car loan over 3 weeks ago and was initially told that my title would be sent to me in the mail and that I would receive it in the next 7 to 10 days. When I called today to find out what the holdup was, before even asking me my name...the man stated they held it for 30 days before mailing it out. Of coarse I was confused by this because that is NOT what happened with the first car or what I was told when I made the payment.... but rather explain it to me like a calm collected professional who is speaking to a loyal customer... he began berating, yelling and scolding me, even calling me a liar! When I tried to speak through his yelling (which he didnt even break for a breath btw) to ask how dare he speak to a customer that way for simply trying to clarify what's going on with their account, he started yelling at me to stop yelling at him?!? He never gave me his name but when I called back, I asked for a supervisor and the phone was given to the SAME MAN WHO JUST YELLED AT ME! I immediately hung up to avoid a second argumant but now I'm not even comfortable calling to get my questions answered!!! I have no idea where my title is or how to get it from them. I've never been so disgusted in my life!! I already have my next car picked out but I CAN GUARANTEE ill be taking my business to a company THAT RESPECTS AND VALUES IT CUSTOMERS.

I've called in many times. Always got through to an actual human being right away. Payments online are easy
