Very helpful staff. Always transparent and willing to answer all my questions. Only thing that could improve is the ability to conduct closing business via email. As they do not operate on the weekends it makes it a but difficult to physically come in office for minor things such as change in payment date.

Everybody there helped me tremendously! They made it a very smooth procedure and approved me the same day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a loan.

POOR COMMUNICATION/CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I started a loan application on Friday April 13- never got a response. I called 04/16 to follow up, and was advised by 3 different people they didn't see a loan application, but I can go online to complete it b/c they are busy and under staffed. Being UNDER STAFFED and UNDER PRESSURE, doesn't give you a reason to be RUDE to customers (ERICA). After calling back twice, and being told they didn't see an application I proceeded to complete the application online to only get denied as a DUPLICATE!!!! SO THIS ENTIRE TIME- MY ORIGINAL APPLICATION HAD ALREADY BEEN DENIED, AND THEY ARE DIRECTING ME TO KEEP COMPLETING APPLICATIONS- THANKS FOR WASTING NOT ONLY MY TIME, BUT YOUR TIME AS WELL! MORONS.

Castro is nasty, she was insulting us numerously when my daughter was signing forms after approval of loan
