First American Title Insurance Company

These folks got our package done in time for our closing, despite last minute shenanigans from the mortgage underwriter. They hung on for a late friday close even though it nipped into the start of their weekend. We were very grateful for their outstanding service in the cruncj.

Absolutely horrible. They were rude and did not even bother to send the signed closing documents to me (it was a mail away closing). I actually had to call and ASK for MY closing docs and then drive there and pick them up. Lesson Learned. NEVER AGAIN. They apparently don't know how to dial up on a telephone.

They are the absolute worst! Don't go to this company especially if you are closing on a house. They have made so many mistakes that have cost me so much time, money and stress! I have even confronted them on their mistakes and instead of apologizing for their mistakes, they give you a run-around excuse and try to make you pay for the mistakes they made. If their staff makes mistakes, the manager backs up the staff member instead of the customer! They will not correct their mistakes even after admitting that it was a screw-up on their end! They are not thorough at all with the paperwork! They have overlooked so many details that have cost me money!! Save yourself the headache, time and money and go somewhere else.
