First National Pawn

This is by far the best pawn shop I've ever been to. It's clean and organized, and more importantly, the staff is friendly and super helpful. Most pawn stores just don't care about you at all so this was a refreshing change.

I dealt with these guys for 2 years now, they were great to work with and were fair. That is until i went to get my bow back out of pawn. I pawned it obviously in one piece, and when i got it out, it was completely torn down. I was told that the string broke, that was a lie. I took the bow back where i bought it from and fortunitally it wasnt much to have it put back together. $30 was the cost. Seth told me to get the work order and to come back and i would be compensated. I came back hoping after all the business we had done that the word would be kept. Nope. Apperently I was lying, and there is no way anyone could have taken it apart there. Because it was only $30 I didnt push the issue anymore, but I wanted to write this to let people know to be aware, because this could happen to you as well.

I just wish they had more tools. Almost always some good deals to find. Some better than others

Went in to get rid of a pistol I haven't used. Yes it's a lesser brand, the young kid offered me $45.00 I went up the block and sold it for $125.00 I do not appreciate being treated like a fool

Was a loyal customer until they ruined it with horrible customer service. I was getting 135 for an item and dropped the price to 100 one time to get item quicker and they wouldn't offer the higher price even tho I dropped the price myself. Nu2u way better pawn experience!!!!!!!
