Northwest Pawn Butte

Many of the staff are kind, but many don't understand the social rules surrounding trans people, and use very masculine language referring to me even though I've asked them to stop. I asked them to stop just once, and was met with "well this is just how I talk" - but, since I don't see him using that language with 100% of women customers, I know that's not the case. Would be 5-star if it wasn't for that.

Hands down the best pawn shop in Butte (and any pawn shop in Butte smokes even the best ones in Helena). They'll negotiate a *tad* on prices - not a lot - but enough to make you feel like you got a deal. Not as good of a selection as Mountain Man - but Northwest seems to realize they're running a pawn shop - not a retail location - unlike Mountain Man. The selection turns over just fast enough to differentiate it from some of the smaller shops in the area (that have had the same stuff for like a decade). This is the destination pawn shop for Butte.

Great place for gun pawns and great place to store you stuff while adding a few $ in your pocket . The owner and employees are very helpful and very nice people to work with . 10 + years and they have been able to help me when I am in a bind . Thanks Northwest Pawn - Thanks Travis

These guys are NOT customer friendly! they are polite, I will give them that, however they are not willing to honor their word or products they sell. DON'T shop here!

Staff is always polite and helpful. Great place to find a bargain.
