First Watch - Hendersonville

Excellent food. Always excellent service. Great atmosphere. That's pretty much all you need in a restaurant, right? It is usually crowded on the weekends, so unless you have time to kill, try them out during the week. Definitely try them out though. You won't be disappointed.

Located in the former Egg & I location, First Watch is off to an excellent start. My wife and I have tried different meals, and they've all been great. Ingredients appeared to be first rate, and the prices are pretty reasonable. Try the 'Million Dollar Bacon' - it's crazy good.

Amazing food with great service. I like sitting at the "communion" table. You never know who you'll sit next to. It's a little like Ruby's kitchen back in the 80's. You might be seated with 2 or three strangers only to have a new friend or two when you leave. I highly recommend first watch. The manager Will Houston is so busy working with his staff you'd never know he's the manager.

We took our family here one day after church. The restaurant has a modern, trendy atmosphere, and there were many healthy options on the menu. The selection for breakfast was excellent - I had a sort of breakfast chimichanga that was delicious. The wait staff was attentive and helpful. There was a twenty minute wait to get our family of four seated, and the one downside was that the waiting area was crowded. However, this was to be expected for breakfast on a Sunday. Be advised that there isn't any call-ahead seating or reservations at the time of our visit. All in all, great experience and good food!

I've been here several times and they've never disappointed me. There have been times where there was a wait but it never took very long to get a table. The staff is always really nice and accommodating. The food is amazing. This place is always my top pick when someone wants to go out for breakfast.
