Advertised as having bike rentals but apparently not doing this anymore. Next time we visit Madison hopefully they will have better and more accurate marketing.

About two weeks ago my road bike needed a tune up because my gears were slipping. I took it to Fizz’s. The gears were better for a few days then it started sounding like someone was putting a stick in the spokes when I changed into a low gear. I called up Fizz’s and said something isn’t right and that it only occurred after the tune up. I was going to take the bike in Friday. Today I took the bike for a ride and heard that same noise. Next thing I know my entire gear box flew into the spokes, it actually fell off and the bike totally seized up and I came crashing down, as I was clipped in. I contacted Fizz’s and told them this was very poor workmanship and very unreliable. I now have a torn up bike that needs to be taken to Schwinn with extensive damage. Please take these thoughts into consideration when you need a bike repair.
