The Bike Line

I called to get help with rust on a bike I bought recently - I didn’t even say everything I wanted to say about it before Sean interrupted me to tell me there was nothing he could do about the problem. I tried to explain it a different way because I have never even tried to fix the bike (no tools) and he repeated that there was nothing he could do. He didn’t offer to sell me a replacement part or even look at it to see if he could fix it. Had absolutely no interest in trying to help me at all. It just needs a tune up but I definitely will be going ANYwhere else.

Ive had my bike serviced here several times, the staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The pricing was reasonable and work was done in a timely fashion. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I started coming here when I was younger and did triathlons, and now I bring my kids here to get fitted with bikes for their ever-growing bodies. This shop has the nicest employees of any bike shop I’ve ever visited.

I ordered a frame set and they helped me decide on what size was best for my height. After having built it myself using parts that I had and bought from them I now have a great fitting bike that fits me perfectly.

Stopped in for an emergency tube purchase and change and had super quick and efficient service. Very welcoming staff in front and the back.
