I had a bad brake and I had the best service to have. I am just a kid, but the guy who I saw was the best. He looked liked a young man who is still in high school. I would say this is the best bike shop I have been too. I thought they could come to me because my brake was underneath my tire and I could not even ride it. The guy said that they would help me if I came to them, which I did and it was hard, but I got it fixed and got my tires blown up. I rated this to be five stars because how good the service was and how nice the staff was to the customers. If you have a broken bike. I would tell you to come here. You should try to call them and let them know that you are coming and need help with one of your things or mostly bikes. The best place to go bike repair and bike shopping.

Great little local bike shop that carries many brands that you're not going to find easily. Service work is a great value in getting your bike up and running for the cycling season. This is one of two bike shops that I trust implicitly on the Northside of Indianapolis/Fishers/Carmel area

Jim is super helpful and patient. He really cares about getting his customers the right bike and making sure his repairs are just right! Don’t go to the big garages to buy a bike - Jim will take care of you.

1st timer in the store and staff was courteous and knowledgable. Went to pick up and store was closed unexpectedly (staff was inside though) which was a bummer on this nice day.

Very laid back store with caring workers. Chaz and Liam are great mechanics. They have always done great work on my bike.
