Great selection of bikes, the staff was courteous and very knowledgable as I am not a serious rider, more for leisure and a little exercise, they helped find the right bike for me, would recommend to anyone, whether your a seasoned rider or new to the game, and ask for Patrick, he was awesome!

My 4 year old bike needed some love after all the trail abuse. Took it in to BGI this winter. They did a full overhaul but did NOT try to up-sell me on anything that wasn’t needed. Got my first spring ride in yesterday. My bike felt like it was brand new!!!

Good place, charged me for a wheel true and forgot to do it. Made it right by giving me a discount on my next visit. Top notch customer service!!!

Horrible customer service came in the store with my friend no one acknowledged us and after waiting 15 - 20 minutes for a sales person she passed is up and waited on someone else. Will not return.
