Mark was a great help getting our bikes tuned up for the season. The store is always clean and the staff always welcomes us with a warm greeting every time we come in for a visit. The merchandise is a little pricey, but you get what you pay for; they have the best quality equipment and products for the price point.

Make sure you look the bike over good before you take it home. I made the mistake in not doing this and found a couple good dings where the paint broke off when I got home. An update. When BGI was notified they exceed expectation in order to try and make it right. For this reason they deserved 5 stars. Thanks.

Excellent customer service, sales associate was very knowledgeable and helped me choose a new seat for a spinner I recently purchased. He also informed me of a 90 day guarantee on the bike seat which I could use to exchange the product for something different if needed. I would've like to more variety as far as the bike seats, but I do feel that that even though there was a limited selection they did offer good quality seats. The store is big and has a lot of different merchandise, didn't see very many things on clearance and also a bike shop.
