Absolutely the best bike shop in Bloomington! We're new to cycling and visited every bike shop in town today just to see what's out there and to get our bearings. These folks we're friendly, welcoming and helpful. Other shops looked at us like we were alien outsiders who just made it to a new world. The selection of products was good and pricing was comparable to online, but you don't have to wait for delivery and you support a local business. Highly recommended!

Hands down best bike shop in Bloomington. Super welcoming atmosphere for beginners and pros alike. I had a lot of trouble finding the right fit for my surly cross check and they went above and beyond in making it happen for me. Really fair pricing and excellent tune-ups. They had my thrashed single speed riding like a brand new bike. I highly recommend if you need a bike in Bloomington!

Great customer service! I am very happy that I bought my bike at Bikesmiths. They give you a free tune up after ~30 days to make sure your new bike is riding smoothly. Even after I had my 30 day tune up I brought my bike in two more times and they helped me out. Overall I am very satisfied with my bike and how helpful the employees are. Highly recommended!
