Great shop! I have purchased 3 bicycles from here in the past. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I still take my bicycles here to be tuned up and for any other repairs needed.

Amazing experience! These guys were so patient dealing with Bowflex while fixing my workout machine at home. Bowflex kept sending the wrong part and they kept dealing with them while keeping me up to date. They gained lifelong customers with their great service. I will be going to them for my bike service and all fitness equipment from here on out! This is what local family owned companies should be like!

I have been in the store a few times to get energy gels. They were always very helpful and friendly. Today, I went in for a specific item. I didn't think they would have it since it wasn't cycling related, but I gave it a shot anyway. The owner went out of his way, and made two phone calls to get me in contact with someone that was able to get me that item. He went above and beyond. I am proud to have Columbus Cycling & Fitness as local business.

I was on a bike trip from Chicago, IL to Orlando, FL and it was this shop that was able to fix my broken axel and spokes within 30 minutes in order to let me be on my way and make my time. Great, hardworking folk, very thankful for their expertise.
