Great place great staff friendly! The HOMELESS that hangs out inside and out SUCKS. They are dirty, stink have no respect for people using the library for what its for.

Very courteous very helpful for a person getting a passport for the first time went in as a walk in and was out within 45 minutes absolutely would recommend the library over the rudeness of Daytona Beach Post Office which has a 6 week wait for an appointment I would absolutely recommend the library

I have spend hours at this library through out high school and college. They always have something for every age group. There are events for young adults. In fact, I learned how to crochet and knit here. I have volunteered here and went to many of the salsa dancing classes. I am thankful for the investment this library has made in my childhood. The teen center is really cool too. Free wifi and cushion chairs, yeah!

Not the best I've ever been to but most of the staff is friendly and helpful. They recently started charging late fees on materials which I do not love. Also they could use a newer selection of books. Kids room has decent programs and my son likes playing here. Favorite feature is the computer you can check books out on yourself no waiting in line. BEWARE if you are bringing books back make sure they are checked in right away!!! I have returned books before that came up in the system as checked out, the librarian had to search to find it and check it in.

For goodness sakes this is a library QUIET PLEASE. First get your doors to close quietly there is so much slamming doors by library staff I am surprised you don't notice. Talking by staff and patrons is out of control you'd think everyone is trying to study for midterms in an undergraduate library conference area. No Sunday hours unlike other counties adds to the inconvenience.
