Just had so.w some questions to ask Matt and he is very knowledgeable. This helps since I will be spending most of my time using library services throughout College time. Appreciate it. And most of all have not visited yet but hope to meet Matt asap. Or over the weekend. New user. So I'm extending a thank you to all.

Most of the staff are nice and helpful. There is this rude lady with grey hair that makes me feel like I am disturbing her when I ask for a return receipt. I have had some issues regarding my returned items not being in the system and I want a receipt.It is your job to help the customers and if you don't like I'm sure someone will take your place.

A was just there to buy a bus pass and one customer was annoyed because the gentleman behind the counter could see her, yet continued on with his casual conversation. When it was my turn, the condescending young lady asked me if it was reduced. I'm only 48 and I don't even look it. She could tell I was put off by the question. Instead of attemptig to engratiate herself, she instead carried herself with attitude. Successfully conveying that she didn't care that it bothered me. Shame on her.

Nice library. Friendly and clean. Very helpful. Lots of programs for kids and adults.
