Service from Chris was great. It was the most I've ever spent on a pair of shoes but it was worth it to get things right and, again, because of the service. Good balance of trying to suggest additional products that would actually be helpful but also not being too pushy about it.

Knowledgeable staff help put you in the right shoes for running! Been getting running shoes here for at least 12 years! Staff is always helpful and friendly!

Incredibly knowledgeable! I learned a lot and I can already feel the benefits of properly fitted sneakers with orthotics, not to mention the ooflos slippers which feel like I’m walking on clouds!!!I am on my feet a lot and defintley work them hard. In addition, my ooflos are perfect after a tough Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training session or putting in some time on the treadmill!

I am an overweight young woman who you would never know actually used to train others in strength training. I have committed to training for a 5k and needed shoes. I'm typically all but impossible to fit because I have wide feet. I was greeted by Chris who was open and friendly and felt confident he could help. He took time to fit me with ther most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever worn. My apprehension about judgement melted away and now thst have a lifetime customer. Chris, you rock and hope your boss sees this and knows the asset you are. All the other customers seemed to be having great attention by other employees as well.
