Florence Nursing Services

I have worked for this agency for 5 years, as a CNA and as an Human Resources Office assistant. This is an excellent business to work for, in my opinion. I would recommend them to anyone seeking schedule flexibility, an above average pay rate and quick payment options. The other aids and nurses are helpful when in facilities. The office personnel are assistive for staffing needs. Management are more than accommodating. Florence Nursing Service in Rocky Mount will continue to have my work, in a part-time capacity, for years to come.

I worked with one of the nurses last night. She was disrespectful to a patient and to me. Came in room while I was assisting patient in bathroom fussing at me in a loud voice. SMH. I ask nurse to please leave, I will not discuss this in front of my patient, she just kept on, so I just shut the door. And told my patient I was sorry she had to see and hear such mess as that.

I've never had an issue getting paid. You just have to follow simple instructions.... maybe that's too hard for some...

They are a rip off, scammers, conartist, and straight theives. They will accuse you of being a no call no show for shifts the companies didn't even have you ordered for so they can deduct their bogus feeswhich is never consistent. Even when you have proof they just say the company is wrong and we wouldn't just write it down for nothing. If you work for this company BE AWARE! Plus you have to wait hours for your check and sometimes the following day. They claim they have 500plus employees but only one payroll person, you do the math. Now I see why they have such a bad reputation. Taking advantage of your employees who definitely need their money to support their families and you thank them by stealing from them, shame on you!
