Fluffy Thoughts Cake

I have nothing but positive things to say about Fluffy Thoughts Cake! 2 years ago, we stumbled across them on facebook and reached out. I literally found a picture of a"Ninjago" cake online and asked if they could make it. We were left very impressed! Last year we decided to go with them again. This time my son chose a Pokemon cake picture online. Once again, they made it just like the picture or even better! Both times we asked for the strawberry shortcake- we fell in love with this flavor, especially my son who is a picky eater. Great customer service- they respond very quick. We are definitely going to get my son's birthday cake again this year! Definitely recommend! **UPDATE another AMAZING cake! Dragon Ball Z themed!

Pros: Cake beautifully designed! Cookies were also aesthetically pleasing. Cons: Customer Service- Walked in and the individual at the front had no idea how to place a cake order. The young man that did take my order wasn’t professional. He answered a FaceTime call (his daughter) while completing my order, consequently, he failed to offer me my receipt (I requested it) and did not return my credit card (I received a call shortly after leaving the store indicating that I forgot my card- had to drive back to pick it up). Cupcakes- Ordered cupcakes after placing cake order. The most dry flavorless thing I’ve tasted! I asked if the cake would be dry like the cupcakes and was told that the “cupcakes are not a representation of the cake”. False! continue on for more... Cake- The cake was dry and lacked flavor. It also had this strawberry cream filling that I did NOT request. I requested only fresh strawberries! Not one of my guest ate a full slice, and all declined my offer to take a piece to go. Cookies- The cookies were not soft and also lacked flavor. *If you’re looking for a beautifully designed cake and don’t care about moisture or flavor, Fluffy Thoughts is for you. I unfortunately will not be returning.

I went there for a cake tasting since I was considering them for my wedding cake. They were very professional and obviously knew what they were doing. The cakes were so good!!! They are on the pricey side as far as wedding cakes go though

They did an amazing job of creating a reptile cake for my son's 4th birthday. We provided them with a list of the animals My Reptile Guys were bringing for the show and Fluffy Thoughts recreated them on a tree trunk cake. Most of my guests did not even realize that it was a cake. The bottom tier was candy bar crunch and the top tier was strawberry shortcake. Both were delicious.

I ordered twice from Fluffy Thoughts Cake and both experiences were excellent. My first order was for my baby shower and the order was a baby shower cake and macaroons and for this one I used their delivery option. Everything was almost perfect since they forgot to write the text provided on the cake, but the flavor and the look just made that a minor issue. My second order was for my daughter's first birthday. I ordered custom cake, mini smash cake (smash cake was so sweet for me) and bird and heart cookies. The berry basket flavor with fresh berries was a fresh touch to the cake. I placed the order over the phone and The owner,Lara, was helpful in recommendation and giving advice.
