Flying J Travel Center

Happy to find this place in a convenient location to my hotel room. Not being familiar with the town, I chose a name I knew where gas was competitively priced. This Flying J also has a Denny's inside. I wish I'd known that before I had had breakfast. The parking lot is large and it's a good thing, as it was busy. The pumps had clean window washing fluid water containers, with soap. And the restrooms were in good shape.

The place was clean and had great service! Jaime was especially nice! The restrooms were very clean and well stocked. The Dennys was actually very good, the food was spot on with our orders, but the FANTASTIC service in their restaurant really made the meal great. The store's selection was impressive. The gasoline was decently priced, and it was easy to park and maneuver our large pick-up and trailer.

Competitive pricing on unleaded fuel. Window washing tools were plentiful and filled with good soapy/cleaning solution to cut the grime and bugs! Busy, busy location. Smaller location than many Flying J locations. Main store needed attention to cleaning, probably because of the high volume of travelers. Restrooms clean and well stocked. Cashier was friendly. Lady boxing pizza slices was not nice at all. Slammed the 2/$5 slices into one box smashing 2 different styles of pizza together. Great idea for one of us who has a food allergy to one of the slices ingredients. When asked if she could separate the 2 slices into separate boxes, yes - the request involved the words please and thank you. Attendant threw away the box and boxed up the 2 slices in new, separate boxes with obvious dissatisfaction and frustration. Definitely felt her irritation. Really, who wants 2 wet sloppy slices for 2 different people in the same boxes anyway? Pizza crust wasn't fully cooked. To top it all off, the slices had hair on the crust. Discovered after we were miles down the road. We are full time travellers and fuel 2 to 3 times a day depending on our mileage. #FlyingJ #fail #rude #gross

Just found out that this business removed all American flags, for that reason I will not ever for any reason get gas here, and what a shame, I travel back and forth from Arizona to California a lot and all over Arizona, I will never go back! if you're going to remove this country's flag to accommodate people from another country who should be actually proud of this flag, because they're living there now, then you can do without the Americans patronage! Did their country remove their Flags because our American drivers may get offended driving over there hell no.

Been stopping in at this place for years and years. It has consistently improved, and been great. Showers for truckers, bathrooms that stay pretty clean for a truck stop, and the pizza they make is pretty good too. Since there's also a Cinnabon here and a Denny's, you can make any terrible yet delicious health decisions that you would ever want to make. To be fair, there are a few healthy options below the glass at the register. Great people here too. Always greeted and promptly taken care of. This can be a safe place to get a few minutes of sleep too.
