The actual office isn't open. U have to wait outside. Pay online or deal with Walmart. The employees act as if everyone is a convict. They never know what's going on. It's awful that we have to be subjected to such treatment for a utility

I'm staying at an RV park for 3 1/2 weeks, called uni source to get power. The lady was nice but started talking fast but I heard her say $47 for an installation charge! I said no thanks paying over $75 for less than a month. Lucky I have solar power. I cancelled and wonder how there is no other power choices. I believe there is some law about Fair Trade. If there was competition, they would change their ways.

First time using unisource and from the beginning had been a nightmare already. Lady was not very customer service oriented. ( I understand the kind of BS you can take as an employee for an electric company, but I am a new customer). So moving on from the day that we started service our first monthly bill was due and we paid it as we were supposed to on time. Well a few days later we had another amount pulled directly from our bank account. It was the same bill we just paid. Apparently we were signed up for auto payment which will pull even if you paid the balance due. Now the fun part was the refund. we could leave the amount they pulled the second time on our account as a credit or get a refund which would take an absurd amount of Time. That being 10 days that they hold the funds then 2 days for the bank to process. I would not recommend this company this far if you have a choice. Unfortunately we did not have a choice and I'm assuming they know that which is why they can do these things.

Paid a bill in full, got charged for the same bill again AND got a shut off notice days later. Terrible service. They're lucky they're the only place in town or they wouldn't have any customers.
