The restaurant was very empty for Valentine's day which should have been the first clue as to how the night would go. The service was slow, the bread was cold and looked to be sliced grocery store bread. I had to remind them of my drink order twice before finally receiving a drink. The food would have been good apart from the tin foil in the steak. When the manager came over she said that she could "see how that could happen" apologized and offered a different dish. Since we waited nearly 40 minutes for the first dish to come out we did not wish to wait again and so she walked away. I left my meal there without finishing it since I did not want to eat any tin foil. Overall it was not a good experience for our group and we will not be returning. If you are looking for an authentic Brazilian Steakhouse experience this is not the place to find it.
