I have been without a seat cushion for my wheelchair for almost 2 yrs. The company that originally rented me the chair refused to replace the cushion saying that I now owned it & my OHP wouldn't cover it. But Foothills sent someone all the way from Silverton to Monmouth to get it to me ASAP & to inspect my chair. J.J. was very nice & understanding, he took the time to reassure me that they'd try to help me with any other equipment needs I might have. Awesome!

My mom needed some equipment after a hospital stay. Jeb (Jed?) was so friendly and accomadating in a very stressful time. Getting the equipment to suuport her needs at home has been a life saver. Foothills Medical Supply made this simple and so much less stressful! Thank you so much!

I have sleep apnea. They brought me a prescribed bipap machine and a nasal hook up. Problem is I need a mask. They refused to bring one ignoring my 3 calls. They continued to call wrong numbers and wouldn't update it when I asked them too. Make sure your Dr stays on top of them or you will be left without the correct equipment and a bill.

I've had sleep apnea for over 10 years and I have had all my medical devices and supply's from the gang at Foothills on time every time, I even had a problem with one machine and they took care of it immediately. I can't say enough about the gang and I DO refer them to everyone
