Hangs up when caught in a lie. I asked if a bed rail is covered by Medicare and he said no and gave me prices for private pay. I googled them as he spoke and told him they were way cheaper at rite-aid and walmart. He said they weren't, that those are different brands. I said, "They are the same brands you just told me." He hung up on me as I was finishing my sentence. In the past they sent me an insurance covered walker that they claimed had 8" wheels. They didn't appear to be when it was delivered, but the delivery driver insisted they were, so I accepted it. Later I measured-nope, 6" wheels. They just lie. They don't care at all.

Waaaaay better than Apria. Only been to their store a couple of times but everyone seemed nice and helpful. They have an automated call system (as does Apria) for resupply of equipment. It consumes a bit of time to navagate the phone call, but is infinitely better than Apria's call system. To be fair, my experiences in the local Apria store was always good, human to human. But try to call them and you end up off continent. Not so with Norco. The call goes to the store and is vetted by a local human.

I'm sure Norco does some great things, but when they're stomping up and down stairs at night in an apartment complex, it's very annoying. As well as stomping around the apartment above you with heavy supplies and not even thinking about how late it is or the person living below. You need to serve the whole community with courtesy, not just the ones that pay you.

weak. dont even waste your time with the call. The people are rude to someone wanting to open a new account. They arent interested in ordering anything they dont produces at the location even though their own website says they will. I called told the front desk girl what i wanted. She transferred me to Mary (Not nice sounding) 1st it went to her voice mail. I called back and spoke with the same lady up front. She said marys here. Yelled for Mary and she then answered. If i was the president of your Office you both would be in the unemployment line. Get off your lazy butts and work!
