Unhappy with these people. Called to place an order and the phone rang and rang and RANG. No message. I finally hung up and redialed. Same thing with the ringing. I went online thinking maybe I had the wrong number. No, it was the correct number, so I tried a third time. Finally a flustered sounding woman answered who couldn't communicate clearly when all I was asking for was one item for my CPAP. We went to pick up the item before closing, only to find out that the office had MOVED---back to the previous location. I had no idea. This is precisely why people go online to get what they need. Less hassle and predictable results. Seriously Samaritan, I would clean house and start over!

They moved...and haven't updated where they are located on the web. Plus the number they have is NOT a cell phone number as comes up on the phone as being...Leb. cell are Not 451. So no text to leave. The Tech....changed my adjustments to where I do not get by bi-pap flex or push to breath where it was originally set before he ..adjusted it. 3 am... this is messing up my sleep!

I think I'd be better off buying CPAP supplies used off of ebay or craigslist. Absolutely terrible service!

I would not recommend this service to anyone the worst customer service I have ever encountered absolutely refuses to do a call back whatsoever and when they do decide to do a delivery my mother would get just about every size of oxygen bottle other than what was requested . When I called to see if I could talk to a general manager about this was told she could not give out that info and she would send a message and they would call me back Helloooo did you not read my first line

So there is a male tech who is gives mixed service. My mom had major issues with him. My interactions were neutral (have suspicion that was due to same name and a huge complaint from mom) front end staff seems to have a high turn over because every time I go in I inevitably get the new trainee who has to go maniacally slow in processing simple (to me at least) transactions and questions. Unfortunately not much in the way of alternatives in Lebanon for most of their supplies.
