Service could not have been better. Personal delivery and fitting of Back Brace as well as Bone Growth Stimulator. My insurance carrier declined to pay for their equipment after I had started using it. Synergy not only went to bat for me with the Insurance Company and got them to pay for it but they even absorbed the substantial difference between what the insurance paid and the cost. Not sure how anybody could write a bad review on a professional company like this. I will recommend them to everyone with my personal experience.

Another one in the club of being billed for a sling, sending it back to my insurance, getting told it was clear and paid off then receiving a bill 4 months later for the same sling. This company needs to educate their employees and patients so there is no confusion as to what can and cannot be billed to insurance.

Same here. They overcharged my wife with way over the top billing. I do not recommend them. Nasty attitude.

They supplied an arm sling for a surgery. I had no say as to the device I would get, or costs associated. They billed me $75 for a $7 sling, then sent me to collections after saying they would take care of the bill. Medicaid fraud, stay clear of this organization.
