Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.  They go the extra mile to help you find what will help you the most.  Excellent with dealing with insurance billing and codes. Unlike one poster's comment, if your insurance denies, that is your insurance and/or doctor's need to clarify your medical necessity, not theirs.  

IE:Be proactive in your care and follow-up. Staff is very friendly and helpful and I have found them to be quick with paperwork.  Best one in Douglas County, 5 stars if they had the resources and size of Parkway's old location.

extremely slow in processing paperwork, gives false info. and discriminates against certain illnesses. denying needed and qualified medical equipment.  Customer service non existent.
