Rick's Medical Supply

Ricks medical supply Has been wonderful to my mother who is on hospice who requires a lot of oxygen! They are always there to deliver everything she needs and makes sure she and our family understands everything! They are always friendly, efficient and always makes sure our questions are answered! I’m very thankful for this company that helps deliver everything my mother needs to help her keep breathing!!! I’d recommend them to anyone who needs any sort of medical supply’s! -Ashley Buchanan

Quite possibly the worst service I have ever had. When you're dealing with a business like this at a time in your life when ones health is compromised you need good service.Don't even bother going to Ricks Medical, you will leave frustrated and shocked at the quality of service. .I wouldn't even give it a one star!

After years of service from parkway medical when Rick’s purchased the business we where told there would be no interruption in service. Not only was there interruption all service stopped without any notice! After months of phone calls and requests for service we where told they do not accept our insurance so we need to look elsewhere for service! Terrible customer service phone calls where never returned had to keep calling and calling left on hold several times . Find another provider these guys either do not care or do not have enough staff to take care of there clients. I wish there was a way to rate less than a full star!

Horrible service and no communication after Parkway left. Went to the medical supply store to get c-pap supplies. Entering parking area is extremely difficult to get in and out of . Terrible location. When I entered they just said this isn’t the c-pap store. Not any interest in telling me what where why. I will transfer my business elsewhere.
