Go elsewhere for supplies...my doc ordered certain things in certain sizes, and when I got to the appointment they didn't have the proper size of the stuff..they said to try this out, and I have 30 days to exchange..well since I got it, I have tried to call numerous times about the sizing, and exchange and no one ever calls back. Now I'm stuck with these items. Horrible horrible customer service. I'm stuck with them because of insuranc. Go elsewhere if possible!!

I had to use Lincare home oxygen products a few years ago, and they were quite prompt and helpful at all time. In 2014 my husband was diagnosed with Lung Cancer, eventually needing home oxygen and several other items, Lincare folks were again very helpful and polite. I wouldn't hesitate using them at all for myself or family members needs.

I have dealt with Lincare twice both times I have felt like I went through a battle. to get an appointment. To give them the benefit, maybe there are other guidelines they have to deal with that don;t get explained.

TERRIBLE! Just spoke to on call therapist, Jessica. Not helpful. Did not want to listen to what was going on with me and my machine. Cut me off when I was talking. Basically yelled at me. Horrible customer service, tone of voice, and no empathy to my situation. I am new to CPAP & she could have provided some kindness and better understanding. I guess by yelling at me to have a good day probably makes her think she was kind...NOT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LINCARE.

I had to wait nearly a month for an appointment, but once I got in, everything was smooth and professional.
