WORST PLACE ever!!! Customer service SUCKS!! Can’t even keep track of their BILLING..Send products that were’nt even requested.. Keep OVER-billing for them. Call them up Repeatedly ..no one knows ANYTHING! (Crooked as Hell) Then they have the NERVE to send us rude letters saying we are ‘seriously delinquent in our account ‘ when it’s THEM! We are taking our business elsewhere..

6 months ago I returned a CPAP machine to Lincare. They keep sending me supplies for this machine. I called them months ago and told them to stop sending me supplies but they still kept coming. Now I have a new insurance and I'm still getting supplies for the CPAP machine. I don't want to get a bill for this. I called him again today, I'm on hold for 14 minutes and then it disconnects. A call back I'm on hold another 4 minutes. They finally answer but it was answering service! By this time I'm pretty upset. I wait and call them back at 1:15 p.m. explain the situation. The girl that answered the phone said just bring the supplies back and will credit your account. I'm in a middle of a move I don't have time for this. You want to pay my gas and for my time to bring back the supplies that you were supposed to cancel months ago? She says oh we can't do that but you can bring them in and we can credit your account. I said okay how about I drop it in the mailbox and you guys pay for the postage? We can't do that either you'll have to bring them in. I said I don't have time once again you guys should pay for the expense of your mistake. She says I don't know why you're being so weird about this? I said I'm not being weird I don't have time and I don't have the money to spend in gas to drive all the way over to your business to return these supplies. I got nowhere so I'm stuck with these supplies or spending my gas and time taking them back. I will not recommend this business to anyone or any of my clients that I do in home care for.

They sent my supplies to wrong address, even though all my records were updated. Now here we are with round 2 and my CPAP supplies are still missing, but hey they made sure to bill my insurance. My issue is not with the local office but their corporate office - couldn't find their ass with radar. The local R.T. is the only saving grace. Will update as it develops.

Called to stop service and they continued to bill me! Manager was rude and lied to me! The service man BROKE my heater vent! They Have Bad RAP FOR DOING THIS TO SICK AND ELDERLY!
