Pneu-Med Inc

Hit and miss service. Sometimes they go out of their way to help me, other times I get brushed off and treated poorly. All depends on who I talk to in their Respiratory department. One guy is super helpful, the other guy is a wet blanket that acts put out when asked to do his job. Don't know how the unhelpful guy has kept his job as he obviously doesn't like helping people and his poor attitude just shines through. Don't worry, Jason, I'm not talking about you. Not a bad company at all, I've just had one rotten apple to deal with. I won't let that affect my opinion of everyone else at Pneu-Med, who have all been pretty good at their jobs.

These people do not have their act together. When you call them out about it, they refuse to provide further service and make you go to another provider.

Interesting. I had the same run in with that Stuart guy several years ago. He basically told me the same, they as a company would no longer service me and they would give me a list of alternate contacts. After i went over his head to get my cpap from them i was told that the owner of the company happened to hear the way he treated me and that he was repremanded for it. Not happy to see he is still up to the same. I quit using this company and started buying all my stuff online. Poor company to keep someone like Stuart employed. Wish i could give negative stars.

I couldnt say how bad this because if i had to chose get equipment threw them or die i would choice death
