Extremely positive experience! We are visiting Lincoln City and my nose pillow broke. They immediately provided a new one and could not have been nicer and more helpful.

Arrived at 9:00 a.m. appt. time. Building was closed. At 9:20 a.m. the respiratory therapist was ready to see me and explain how to use the Bipap machine. Although the machine was complex I was told many of the settings were pre-set. The first 15 minutes of use that night I twice woke up out of light sleep gasping for air as the machine didn't seem to be working correctly. After more that a few failed attempts to reach the PA in charge of the study and others at Samaritan to help me resolve the issue I gave up and returned the machine. A lot of time and trouble just to receive the "don't let the door hit you on the way out" attitude and treatment

Quick response on the phone. Very helpful. Answered my questions and had my items available for pickup right away. Polite.

Called for information about wrist splint/support braces. The woman was very helpful and polite, gave me all the relevant information, numbers and locations to best suit my needs. Thankyou so much! ☆☆☆☆☆

Their CS is absolutely terrible! Time and again, they say they will call back; they don't! This was to set an INITIAL appt, mind you, simply for supplies since I was new the area. It took two months for paperwork to be accepted via transfer via fax although sender sent same day (two months ago): I still do not have an appt set with them to get supplies that I already have a prescription for after 10 weeks of trying to secure one.
