What a joke this place is, they have had my chair in for repairs 4 times under warranty and always had excuses that there is nothing wrong yet the chair has been doing the same thing for almost 8 months. I decided to go somewhere that has solutions and not excuses so my chair doesn't die in the middle of the street..

I'm young and recently disabled so it's been hard for me to accept my need for medical equipment. I was very nervous to call and didn't even know what I really needed. Susanne was a tremendous help, doing all the leg work with contacting my Dr for the prescriptions and everything. She even took the time to describe the patterns on the canes to me over the phone bc I couldn't make it there for pick up. She really went above and beyond to help me and make me comfortable.

Just looked them up once again because I got a hernia! Ouch, but I know at All Med I will get the support I need :-) Been to them before for sprained ankles and wrists and a rotator cuff tear. They have a huge selection and lots of their stuff is made in the USA - not the junk they sell at the drug stores. Many times a well made support there is less expensive than a flimsy alternative sold at a drugstore chain!

Allmed fixed my power chairs' right arm and right affer, as i was going down the sidewalk, the whole right arm fell off; I couldn't even get home..,, i swerved off into traffic. the Police had to pick me .I hhurt myself,,falling on the sidewalk.By thhe time I got homes,in pieces, I was frozen. They had to be called,to fix it at home, tried to charge me more cause they made a house call. WHY they said it was fixed,I have no idea.Go some where else.
