I have tried unsuccessfully the past three months to obtain replacement supplies. I’ve reordered through Linn Care but my supplies were not received. I called to ask why, and I’d changed insurance companies which needed to be updated. Linn Care did not contact me to let me know the problem, but my account was just closed. I’ve jumped through too many hoops these past few months. I spoke with Pat, who is apparently a rep there who assured me he’d get to the bottom of this issue. I called repeatedly to him and each time he promised to get back to me, only he didn’t. All my updated medical and insurance information was finally in place, after several calls to Linn Care, my physician, and I was told by Linn Care last week that yes, someone would call me this week. It’s Thursday and no call. I called and was put on hold for 10”. I called back, and Linn Care still had no answers for me as to when I could get my supplies. I spoke with Mike, who had excuses of new employees. I could come pick up my copy of my sleep study , or I could get my supplies today through Linn Care. After the stress of dealing with this company, and weeks of poor sleep due to outdated supplies, I opted to pick up my sleep study and start new somewhere else. I’m a health care professional, and know my way around the system, or so I thought. Sometimes it’s better to just to take your ball and go home. I cannot see myself embroiled in this drama six months from now when I need to order yet more supplies. I’m heading over to CPAP unlimited, and hope I get some consistent care and service.

I've been trying to get a C-Pap since Feb. I office is rude and very unorganized. I work in the health care profession and will do whatever it takes to make the client happy. Will be taking my business somewhere else. They don't deserve one star!!!!!

I got the best customer service & help from the new guy behind the desk - answered all my questions and even though I wasn't a lincare patient he treated us like family! He went above and beyond for me and my disabled daughter - he did everything to help and made several calls and finally was able to locate a pharmacy that would work with our insurance - even though we went with another company I can't think him enough for all his help and effort. Thanks Trevor for all your help from the Scott family in central point. 👍🏻
