Pacific Pulmonary Services

The service was great until they got bought out and changed everything in November. Calling their number will get you no where, I waited 12 minutes on hold then got a busy signal. They have limited the amount of portable tanks to less then half that I was getting. I am definitely checking out other companies. Leaving a voicemail with them will not get you a call back.

My grandmother has been with PacPulmonary for years and they had great service for years until recently. Thier customer service has gone into the toilet, especially the order line.... So much waiting on hold. Idk what happened to what was once a great service company. PS thier personnel who visit your home is still wonderful, it is the people you call that have gotten bad,

I work in an internal medicine clinic and Pacific Pulmonary is by far the easiest company to work with. When it comes to oxygen and nebulizer services, insurance companies have extremely rigid and complicated requirements for paperwork and documentation. In my experience, Pacific Pulmonary is the best when it comes to helping health care providers with the ordering process in a fast and efficient way. When we call Pacific Pulmonary, we usually reach them and if not, we know we can expect a call back quickly. When we fax them orders, they respond quickly. They are the most reliable resource in our area and it is always a pleasure when we have the opportunity to work with them. They really care about getting our patients started on services as quickly as possible and I value that in my position of clinical support.

communication with this company suck. Al so I have been refused delivery of oxy, on two occasions bills for $ 33 and $ 55 charges for which, I received no bill.

No supplies in house and no way to try on different head gear. Avoid and choose C-Pap Unlimited if you want good service.
