Water leaks during rainstorms, mold in the walls, and a super who doesn’t know how to repair anything. Literally “I don’t fix that” was a common quote from him regarding walls, thresholds, doors, and pretty much everything he was ever called for. Building management often has to bring in secondary repair people to do his job for him. The work they perform is suspect at best. You should have stopped reading at the word Mold. The rent here isn’t worth the headaches you’ll wake up with.
The complex layout is pretty cool and a great place to invite people and have guests! each apartment will have its own "balcony" style setup in front and the apartments are huge
Almost bought a unit there. Had to pull out because the Mortgage broker was charging excessive amount of commission. This condo complex is UNWANRRANTABLE. Meaning one owner owns more than certain % of the entire units AND therer are more tenants than owners. It shouldn't matter too much if you are purchaing it for your primary residence. The factory converted units are awesome with very high ceiling. If you are looking to buy as an investment property and are not paying Cash, you WILL be seriously disadantaged. There are only two lenders who will deal with this condo. You can't shop for better rates. You are at their mercy and they let you about it. Nice... One parking lot comes with the unit. If you can afford buy a 2nd or 3rd floor unit. If you like rustic, factory conversion looks and feels you will love it. I'd say most residences here are caucasian which is great. In Jersey city, it's very difficult to find those types.
My best friend lives here and I love the building. The apartments are huge
A building with character amongst the growing number of ptac high rise condos of Jersey City. Parking is a huge bonus.
good location near the train but kind of far from bars
Nice apartment went working there.
Nice place in a growing upscale market.
Not bad. Decent views.
A nice hidden gem of condos
