The Baker Building

The Baker Building is probably the best value option in the Lafayette neighborhood. Every business has room for improvement, but dollar for dollar, the Baker Building is the most solid housing option in the area.

I live here in a two bedroom two bath. The views from the roof and having my own bathroom is everything. The pricing is SO reasonable and the location is excellent.

Amazing rooftop views and amenities such as: parking garage, gym, outside grill, coffee machine in the lobby and my fav the outside fireplace.

Beautiful building but very small gym. Very affordable.

I have a few friends living here, generally a very nice building. Parking for residents is available and there is a coffee shop in the courtyard.

A coffeshop you can't get to because of a rude and obnoxius security guard "Whaddaya Want?!" :-/ We were visiting the so-called "Octoberfest". No thanks - we won't be back again anytime soon
