My mother loves this place! This is the best Senior Care place in the Reno area. I know she is in good hands here. The young woman who works there named Natalie is lovely.

Great place! The staff was so welcoming to my grandmother and family, and she is very happy there. Natalie and Mark are also great and will take wonderful care of your loved one!

Between poorly trained caretakers that forget or mis-administer medication, and a management staff that cuts corners and refuses to pay for quality care, I would highly recommend finding any other location to house your loved ones. They will not receive the care they deserve here.

People not watching the elderly people and letting them sit in they're pee clothes. the hire people that will work for cheap. Who ever has they're family staying there need to check on the familys condition
