Great place for kids and adults variety of companies inside as well. Consisting of a good place to eat. Much better than you would expect you should try it out it isn't just some fried fast food. Multiple gyms such as the sanctuary and jump climb extreme which is Fredericks only ninja warrior gym.

Cool ninja course there. I'd like to see when there is a big game! Looks like there is a fun bar and restaurant.

Visited as part of a birthday event. Staff were polite. Food was not that great for my liking, but others may disagree. If your child enjoys any type of sports, I would recommend considering one of their birthday party packages.

From indoor soccer to personal training there is just about everything for your sporting needs. Although there is no body of water for you to swim in there is still a multitude of things to do; you can workout, play soccer, lacrosse, bubble soccer, use a massive jungle gym like thing, to eating a BBQ dinner. Most of the activities require a sign up and being on a league, the BBQ can come put cold but it is still somewhat good.

This place is excellent. Everyone that I've come across that works here is great and they always have a smile on their face. Great place for sports practice, sports training, games, food, parties, etc
