IVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A SIMPLE ACCOUNT NUMBER CHANGED FOR SEVERAL WEEKS WITH NO LUCK???????????    THE CUST SVC PEOPLE HAVE THEIR HANDS TIED, AND HAVE TO SEND EMAIL TO THE "IVORY TOWER" AND KNOW NOTHING, A COMPLETE WASTE!!!!!!!!
THEIR ONLINE FORMS ARE NOT OPERABLE, AND FM MAKES NO EFFORT TO CORRECT.      SUPER BAD NEWS!!1

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!! PLEASE FOUND MY November payment please! When you call their customer service they give you the runaround. Everyone i spoke with about my payment told me something different! I HATE THIS COMPANY! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! I WOULD RATE THEM A NEGATIVE IF I COULD! And they don't respond to their email either!

If I could rate them with a NEGATIVE 5 stars then I would. The experience that we had with this awful excuse for a mortgage company is something that I would never wish for my worst enemy. Luckily, we were working through a mortgage broker and he made it easier for us but he had to hold Freedom Mortgage's hand through the process ...and hold it to the fire in order for them to keep their word!
