Friendship Yoga

If you want to learn how to do yoga the right way, this is your place. Serious yoga for the serious student. Refreshing change from the chain gyms where you never know if you're getting the benefit. Friendship Yoga is definitely for all body types and abilities. Props are used and adjustments made to ensure everyone gets their best. Excellent teachers. Like the "no side conversations" policy during class. Less disruptive. Classes do tend to run long with certain instructors.

Four years ago I suffered from such lower back pain, that I had difficulty even walking. Today my pain is nearly nonexistent. With Nancy's guidance and a little practice I've returned to my old self with improvements! I'm more flexible and have learned to quiet my mind more easily even on the most hectic days. Her classes are a serious affair with a focus on proper form to avoid injury. I feel great every time I go!
