Marcie and her staff are total gems in our community. She has helped me heal and recover my strength from two pregnancies in addition to taking care of many clients I have sent her way. Their knowledge of how the body works is way beyond any other place in town and their commitment to over all health is excellent. Wether you are looking to improve your fitness level, train for something specific or healing an injury this is the the place!!

I love going to Serenity. I have been a regular client for 4 years. Marcie's expertise in injury and exercise has been the best solution for me. Before Serenity I had a reoccurring pattern of exercising and getting hurt then being off exercise to recover only to start the cycle again. Marcie understands the human body but more importantly she understands MY human body. She can individualize my workouts based on how I feel each session and she has accurately described my needs to all the staff. I am reassured everyone in the studio is aware of my body's needs. I also do classes at the studio. Mat pilates with Mary has proved to be very effective for core strength. Gentle yoga with John is a very calm wind down from a busy day and a great "date night" activity for couples. I recommend this studio to all of my friends that want to avoid unnecessary injuries, develop strength. In addition to workouts that strengthen and protect each client there is a sense of community and belonging every time I enter the studio.

My main goal when starting with Serenity Yoga and Pilates studio was to gain strength in my quadriceps and hamstrings as I consider knee replacement. The Serenity staff helped me to reach this goal by teaching me proper technique in the Pilates reformer class and yoga. The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program has been less knee pain and improvements in my flexibility. I would describe Marcie’s instruction as thorough, knowledgeable of my injury; resulting in the proper way to modify exercises when needed and FUN at an early morning hour! I would recommend this Pilates and Yoga studio to everyone of all age groups. Thanks for helping fall in love with the Pilates reformer classes! Patt

A very serene, relaxing, and safe environment to practice, get fit, and just be. I absolutely love your studio. Also, very accommodating to private and group sessions. My mom and I enjoyed a one hour special bonding session. Afterwards, we felt more relaxed than being at a spa for the day! My mom said she hasn't felt that good in years.
