Great staff and friendly atmosphere. The facility is clean and has showers available. One of the highlights of my day when I attend.

I love One Tree!  The staff is so friendly and its a total judgment free zone!  If you're unable to get fully into a pose, they always tell you how to modify to make it easier OR if you're looking for a challenge, that's usually offered up as well!

For anyone looking to try it out, the first class is only $5.  Be careful though, because you'll probably be addicted shortly after!

Fantastic! Our instructor Brooke was very friendly, kind & welcoming. I was nervous at first but it was incredible. One of the best workout I have ever had. I will defiantly go back. The staff is very friendly & genuinely love having new people. Such a warm & welcoming place!

I and my husband really enjoyed Aaron's Friday morning class. The pacing and instruction was excellent and accessible and this studio has a great community feel. Definitely reccomend!
