Muddy Feet Yoga

Muddy Feet Yoga teacher training was an awesome experience. Megan is amazing at what she does -- very laid back, fun, and comfortable in her own skin --- she makes you feel welcome immediately. She is very passionate about the fact that in order to become the best yoga teacher you can be that you must 'teach' -- from day one she encourages you to step out of your comfort zone and start teaching. She provides great feedback and support throughout the training and she will help you gain the skills and confidence needed to teach a yoga class. I am so grateful that I took my yoga teacher training with Muddy Feet Yoga.

Muddy Feet Yoga Teacher training was amazing! Megan is a supportive and empowering teacher that pushes you to test your own limits and preconceptions and helps you find your inner teacher and learn on and off the mat. I initially took training to deepen my own yoga practice, but have 'graduated' with a new found love of teaching others yoga. Would completely recommend MFY to anyone who wants to teach yoga to others or just deepen your own practice and have an amazing experience on the journey!

I recently completed the yoga teacher training with Megan and it was one of the most powerful experiences I have had in years. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is competent, motivating, fun, and creative as she transforms her students into kick-ass teachers themselves. She has a knack for deeply understanding her students and teaching exactly what is needed. One of the very best teachers in our area.

Muddy Feet Yoga is an awesome yoga experience for so many reasons. Trainings and classes are empowering, fun, challenging, and so rewarding. The community created is inclusive and welcoming. I'm so grateful for the time I've spent with Megan and everyone involved in Muddy Feet Yoga, and that I went for it, even when I wasn't sure. We're on our way to changing the world. I felt comfortable teaching Yin, Power, Vinyasa, and even stationary sequence before I even "graduated" and got great feedback from the yogis who practiced when I taught. (Even those who "didn't like yin" before.)

Taking teacher training with Megan was one of the best decisions I could have ever made. I learned so much about myself, made life long friends and can teach a kick ass yoga class. I got a job teaching at a studio right after graduating from training and right away felt insanely comfortable teaching a 60 minute class without a problem. Thank you Megan for helping me find my true self.
