Reserved & paid online, arrived within the allotted time on the east side of the building. Shuttles were waiting, easy boarding.
Easy to find the shuttles upon returning at the pier.
Would definitely use them again, beats paying $140 for parking at the pier.

It's a clean well lit parking garage with a shuttle. What I found to be an absolute value was the Shuttle driver we had on 3/12/18. Tony the Tiger she was full of energy and made the short shuttle ride a great way to start our vacation. On the way back the driver didn't greet us as we boarded.

This place is a scam. I went online and paid for a parking. Then when we get there it didn't consider our tickets because it's for the cruise travelers only. The attendant told us that we can still park our vehicle but when we get out from the parking center it still charge us for another payment. So instead of saving some cash I have paid double for just the parking for a few hours. I have tried to call for a refund but the phone that they have given is not any good coz you can't even get somebody to help you out. I won't recommend this place to anybody else. I'll give this place a ZERO STAR.

If you are a young woman or just a group of you women traveling together be wary of parking with these people. They will be absolutely rude to you and try to take advantage of you.
Probably one of the worst experience I have had customer service-wise. The team that loaded our luggage ripped one of my groups bags. After we tried to get some sort of reparation, we were met with horrible customer service blaming us for the ripped bag even though one of their drivers said they ripped the bag. Then when we got off the ship, I was leaving the deck. The attendant "helping" people leave the deck was even worse with customer service! He accused me of lying for no reason at all. He had a horrible attitude. He told me as I was leaving that I "needed some coffee." I have worked in customer service previously. This is not how you treat a paying customer. After that experience, I was ready to just get back to my group and go. As I parked and loaded up our car, I noticed that every other group had a worker help them load. Basically once I spoke up about an error on their part, my group and I get treated like garbage! Incredibly rude!

Parked here for cruise. Only problem was on return, they split us up and a bag was left in all the confusion. Had to make a return trip to get it. Easier to park by the ship.
