Close to the Natches boat docks. Kinda of a hassle leaving. Pay before you leave or pay at the shack. It's more complicated than it should be. Good location however for the mall and Harrah casino entrances also.

Only one exit is available after hours! Horrible!!! Been in traffic for a hour now! Anything could happen and 100’s of people trapped. What a way to clock an extra dollars!!! If they had the choice to choose a blank star, I would.

My experience - Sunday of Memorial day weekend - was fine. Am not sure some of these reviews are for this garage, since there is no pre-pay here and I don't see how there could be booting. It's just a basic multi-level parking garage attached to a high-end shopping mall. You take a ticket when you go in, then pay at a machine before leaving. I parked from about 11 to 5 and paid $20. Someone who was paying in front of me had left their car there all night long and paid $60. But $20 is no biggie for parking around the French Quarter and I felt safer in the garage than on an open lot. Plus there is a Starbucks inside the adjacent mall.
