11/5/2016 - I debated whether I should spend any more time and energy writing a review of this place, but if it helps one potential customer from ever entering their door it will have been worth it. After doing much research on sofa manufacturers and models, my wife and I decided on one particular manufacturer and 2 models. Furniture Superstore is the only dealer of the manufacturer we chose in Maine. Despite the many bad ratings and experiences of this store, we decided to go in anyway to get pricing information and to pick fabric so they could go through a pricing exercise with us, with the potential of making a purchase if all went well, since we knew exactly what we wanted and would double/triple check any order placed. We went to the store. I told the sales lady we wanted pricing on these models and she said they were having their annual "floor sample" sale and she would check and see if they could price out our request. As she walked away I really didn't think much of it. We were live customers with our wallets open. We went over and selected several fabrics for inclusion in the pricing. Several minutes later, a tall Millennial approached. His non-verbals strongly suggested he was annoyed, and his words clearly matched. He said "we are having our floor sample sale today and we will not do any pricing until tomorrow, so come back tomorrow" in a very indignant tone - he might as well have said "don't bother us with your pricing request - you don't matter to me as a customer today". I asked if he was a manager, and he said that he was. We walked out. As a customer, I find this behavior repulsive. How would the remainder of the transaction have gone if this had not been "floor sample" sale day? I'm now glad we we didn't get the chance to find out. I can clearly see that this business has no regard for their customers or even potential customers by this experience, and by the many bad reviews reported. They say that 1 in 20 people go the the trouble of complaining of a bad customer service experience. Just think of the number of dissatisfied customers this place has generated. Stay far away. They have no idea how to treat customers and apparently don't think it's very important.

I just had my new sofa/chaise delivered and it was done so efficiently! From purchase to delivery i had an excellent experience and will definitely do business here again! Thank you to all the staff for making this such a hassle free experience for me!

Had a wonderful experience today. Enjoyed myself and found the perfect furniture in a color and fabric perfect for our family. Jessica was awesome and I'd shop there again and ask for her personally. Bill and Mike were so sweet too. Great store and employees.

I am greatly impressed with the level of service I received today. After shopping at several different furniture stores, being told that delivery would be out by two weeks, we were getting anxious as we had just bought our house and have limited time off to get it fully furnished. The major difference that made us decide this was where we would purchase everything here was this company’s enthusiasm in getting our needs met. The salesman was not pushy at all and addressed everything we were looking for. The prices are extremely reasonable and I am thrilled with everything we purchased today. Glad I could purchase a few Made in Maine pieces! My kids are too! The delivery was also a very positive experience. He took the time to understand where we wanted things and was extremely careful in getting the pieces in place. This has been one of the most pleasant and positive purchasing experiences my husband and I have had in a long time. Keep up the great work and thank you for exceeding our expectations!

After dumping 4k for new furniture, took way to long for them to deliver to the house. I could have had delivered some of the items but then they charge you to deliver the items that not yet arrived. I had the new house all ready the day before we where to move in for the beds. Needless to say, a week later is when the beds came in. The prices were comparable to Bob's Discount, save a few hundred. Then when the items are to arrive, The couch was the wrong color, The autumn was the wrong color. We told them what color, even had the dam thing on display. Then the delivery people where outstanding. (3rd party they used). Well The couch does not seem to be the same type when we sat on one in the store. This on seems a lot CHEAPER. Overall, I would not go back to this store. Lot of fast talking, And the store does not seem to back what they sell. After reading others post. They BEST not waste there time calling me...
