Great experience. We had a cushion issue with our very expensive couch and Larry (owner) personally came out to inspect and made things right at their expense. Who could ask for better customer service?

I was in town from PA visiting for the weekend. I had been working with a store 3 hours from my home on new family room furniture and had just found out there was an issue with a leather I had chosen. So while I was in the area I decided to see if there were any stores which carried the same brand so that we could view other options. I explained all this upon entering so that the associate was aware I was not a potential customer. Lyndsey could not have been more gracious or helpful! She was knowledgeable and informative without being overbearing. She was generous with her time and very pleasant to work with. I was very impressed with the entire experience.
