Good selection and very knowledgeable staff. We learned a lot about the different options and are getting what we want and need. If your needing appliances or furniture there the place. Much better than the big box stores that have a floor full of appliances and know one that knows anything about then.

Beyond great customer service. The owner went above and beyond what he needed to in order to save me money. He could have sold me a brand new unit and made more money. Instead he put a value on my needs, and earned a customer for life!

I called Central Furniture on the advice of my neighbor who is in the home construction business. I later discovered that 3 of my 4 neighbors have hired Central Furniture for appliance repairs even though the (owner?) of another appliance company lives very nearby. Central's technician, Eric, arrived more than 10 minutes ahead of the scheduled appointment time and was waiting for me when I got home. Eric was very personable and engaging. He showed me everything he was doing, step by step, as he worked through diagnosing my refrigerator/freezer issues (2 separate problems). I had no water/ice to the door, even though I had replaced the water inlet valve, and ice build up in my freezer. Bottom line, after talking with Eric, this company outstanding. He is proud of his work and his company. I'm "Old School", meaning I've worked since I was 13 . . . 49 years now, and can't tell you how much I appreciate the old American work ethic, which is so lacking these days. I see this in Central Furniture & Appliance. 5 stars to this company and be proud of the work you've done for so many years in the community, and proud of your employees.
