I don't know how they stay in business. We bought 2 1/2 rooms of furniture from them 11 years ago when we moved into our new (and larger) home and our furniture STILL looks brand new:). Our experience with them in 2007 was very enjoyable and we have recommended them to many of our friends over the years. I must say Bob's Furniture holds up extremely well. We bought a couch and love seat for the media room, a couch, love seat and ottoman for the sitting room and a sleep sofa for the upstairs den. We continue to enjoy our furniture from Bob's and if and when this all outlives its useful life and purpose, we will definitely head back there again.

Our Sales Associate was Debbie Morse, she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was attentive, but not pushy. I really appreciated the Manager coming over prior to finalizing the sale also. He covered a few points that we hadn’t thought about. It’s good to hear different prospectives, and be given the opportunity to talk through major purchases with folks that seem to care. We received great customer service, this has been my best experience yet shopping at Bob’s. Debbie obviously strives for excellence and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I’m sure our 10 year old will love her new bed, and the 7 year old is crazy about his new 5’ dinosaur from the pit! Hoping the delivery and assembly of the bed goes smoothly. Thanks much

Dealt with Debbie Morse at Bobs and she was very helpful. Did not get rushed or feel any pressure to make a purchase as you might at other stores. All around great shopping experience, got the couch I was looking for at a reasonable price. Would recommend Bobs (and Debbie as the sales associate) for anyone looking for furniture in the area.

Candice was very helpful and a delight to work with. The whole process was easy and actually enjoyable. I like how they have a selection of many different rooms, but there wasn't a lot of choices per room. Although they seemed to have something for everyones different tastes. I also liked that the displays in the store are just displays and once you have picked something out, your choice gets pulled from stock somewhere and gets delivered to you. Which means your not buying something that everyone and their brother has tried out what your buying. I have not received my purchase yet and am hoping that the delivery of the items goes as well as the shopping experience. If not, I hope I can get back to here to update my review. Month and a half later (our choice to delay delivery to later date). No furniture delivered by time they told me. Don't bother using delivery tracker, has told me several different times today with a 6 hour variance. Now is telling me unable to complete, whatever that means. Does anyone do what they promise any more? Guess I shouldn't have paid cash in full before delivery Just heard, no furniture for me, unless I want to wait three weeks. They were here in the four hour window that they said. Right during the only 15 minutes someone wasn't here. DO NOT BELIEVE THE TRACKER! It never gave me an even close to accurate estimate of arrival. I also never got a notification a stop or two out to let me know they were almost here. I called Candice, the sales lady that sold us the furniture. She is getting it to the store where we bought the items in a couple of days and we are picking it up ourselves. Thank you Candice! The people at the Connecticut office were no help at all.

Bought king size mattress & foundation last fall-everything went very smoothly. Went back last month to buy headboard, footboard and rails. The sale itself went well-had to wait two weeks for delivery but not really a big deal. Delivery came on Saturday 4-7. Bed was assembled and mattress put on. I got home that evening and my wife and I went to take the mattress off. We found that the screws holding the slats to the wooden frame on the entire left side of the frame were either in crooked or not screwed all the way down. We were extremely lucky that the mattress was not damaged. Called Customer Care on Sunday- were told that they would try to get someone there Tuesday to check it out and that someone would be calling me Monday to set up a time. After waiting until 3pm Monday I called and was told that there was no room on the truck on Tuesday. Why do they need room on the truck to do a service call? I was told that they were putting in a “Quality of Life” request which is apparently like an emergency order. Well they couldn’t have thought it was too much of an emergency because I was told that the earliest date would be Friday. So I now have a bed that I paid almost $3000 for that I can’t use, and as I write this I still don’t know when on Friday they will show up or even if they will show up. Rest assured that I will NEVER shop here again.
